This accredited course provides participants with the skills and knowledge to provide asthma related first aid interventions in the workplace as well as help in the development asthma management plan. This course is aimed at variety of people such as childcare workers, teachers, aged care workers, disability workers, first aid officers, youth workers, sports coaches etc.
Entry Requirements- There are no pre-requisites or specific entry requirements. However, learners should have Language, Literacy and Numeracy competencies equivalent to the Australian core skills framework level 3.
Qualification: On successful completion of the course , the candidate will receive a statement of attainment for the nationally accredited course 22282VIC- Management of Asthma risks and Emergencies in the workplace.

Accredited course /unit module covered VU21658 Manage Asthma risks and emergencies in Workplace
Courses in Wagga Wagga are run once a week and the venue is at Riverine Club Wagga Cnr of Tarcutta St and Sturt St Wagga NSW 2650.
Time is 10am
Duration is 5 hours for First Aid and Childcare First Aid. CPR is 2 hours, Asthma is 2 hour and Anaphylaxis is 2 hour
Courses in Shepparton are run forthnightly and starts at 10am (Venue for Shepparton is Comfort Inn Peppermill 7900 Goulburn Valley HWY, Shepparton VIC 3630). Prior to attendance please complete the online course for First Aid and Childcare First Aid only. CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis does not require online course.
Courses in Albury/Wodonga are run twice weekly and the venue is at Hotel Boomerang 312-316 Wagga rd Lavington NSW 2641.
